Returns & Refunds

At Aimora, we take pride in crafting personalized jewelry and accessories with care and attention to detail. Because each piece is custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized orders unless there is a defect or error in the product.

What we accept:

  • If you jewelry arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the issue to process your claim.
  • If we made a mistake with your personalization (wrong engraving, missing element, etc.), we will gladly correct it or provide a replacement at no additional cost.

What we cannot accept:

  • Returns or exchanges personalized pieces simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size.
  • items that have been worn, used, or altered after delivery.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds for detective or incorrect items will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing once the item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.

How to submit a claim:

  1. Email us at hello.aimorastore@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Include clear photos of the jewelry and any relevant details.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on the next step.
