At Aimora, each piece is made with care and attention to detail. Because all our piece is personalized and crafted to order, please allow 3-7 business days for production before your order ships.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and crafted in the order they are received. Once your pice is ready, you'll received an email with your Tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or holidays.
Shipping Cost
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package is handed to the carrier, Aimora is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If you experience a shipping issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. we'll be happy to assist where possible.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
